Saffron And Cardamom Penda
1 cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
3 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 tin condensed Milk
2 tablespoons Milk Powder
Pinch of Saffron
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
1 tablespoon Ghee (Dairy Oil)
Take dairy oil (ghee), add cottage cheese (paneer) & heat it in a deep fry pan.
After 2 minutes, add sugar, condensed milk, and milk powder, saffron.
Stir it on low flame for about 8 minutes till the paste has thickened, then set aside and allow it to cool.
Make small round balls and place it on a serving plate. Press in between to give shape and sprinkle with cardamom and pista.
Arrange each penda on a rose petal. Now it is ready to serve.
