VICTORIAN MALAI CAKE. (TEA CAKE)
Recipe by PUJA.
1 cup Malai (fresh milk cream).
1 cup Sugar.
1 cup Milk Powder.
1 cup cold Milk.
1.5 cup Maida (white flour).
1 tea spoon Baking Soda.
1 tea spoon Vanilla essence.
Mix everything in a mixer.
Preheat the container coated with butter and atta (flour), pour the mixture into the container.
Bake it on 150 degree, when it bulges, then bake on 100 degrees.
When it becomes golden brown, take it out.
Sprinkle some crushed almonds and pistacchio.
Cut it into small shapes and serve.
