Chocolate Diamond Burfee
1 tin - Sweetened condensed milk
100 grams - Nuts (chopped)
1/2 cup - Cocoa Powder
50 grams - Butter
1/4 cup - Sugar
SERVINGS: 20 Burfees (Approximately)
COOKING TIME: 20 to 25 minutes
Pour sweetened condensed milk into a thick bottomed pan. Add butter, sugar, cocoa powder and nuts into the pan.
Add some water. Stir constantly on gentle heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan (approximately 15 minutes).
Pour evenly into a buttered dish. Allow to cool and set.
Cut into diamond shapes and serve.
