We consulted with the nutricionista Josefina Gutirrez as they are the secrets to still maintain the good figure in winter:
* To consume many vegetables, to include the salads in all the meals.
* Red meats in few amounts, to prefer the white meats, like chicken and fish.
* Fruits of station in great amounts.
* Water, at least 2 liters daily.
* To avoid frituras..
* To prefer cooked meats prepared to the plate or boiled that in its sauces.
* Not to fall in the temptation to consume many carbohydrates although the body needs more in winter.
* To prefer the juice to soda waters.
* The desserts can happen for the week ends; if tens desire of something sweet, one compota of apple will not do any damage to you.
* Yes to cereals, in anyone of its presentations.
* Avoid the sugar, replace it by honey, that is richer and in addition he is more healthful.
