Give your Eyes a Break!
When you are working on a computer or doing detailed work, look away into the distance every 15 minutes.
To refresh tired eyes try the palming method to refresh your eyes. Simply cup your hands and place your Palms over your eyes.
Breathe in and out slowly for a minute or two. You will feel the difference.
